This site has been written by professionals from The Dyscovery Centre based at the University of Wales,Newport and aims to provide practical advice for those supporting children of all ages.

The Dyscovery Centre team are health and educational professionals and have extensive experience of helping children,young people and their families with a range of specific learning difficulties including dyslexia,dyspraxia, ADHD, ASD and speech,language and communication difficulties.It is led by Professor Amanda Kirby, both a professional in the field of specific learning difficulties, and a parent with personal experience of parenting a child with additional difficulties.
